HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO ALL FATHERS IN THE WORLD!
Today is Father’s day in Sweden, so I’m celebrating it with my daughter and husband.
A mother is a very special person but father also as special. And I can’t choose which one I love more. Because I love my parents equally.
This cake is also special, although I used ready cake mix (yes, I’m that kind of person who loves cake mix too, good to have them sometimes). This cake mix is suitable for vegetarian (not easy to find food with suitable for vegetarian label here), so it means I can eat it too. And because of that, I can only share the frosting with you today.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 200g unsalted butter
- 12 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence / pinch of vanilla powder
How to:
- Place butter in a mixing bowl. Using hand mixer, beat for 2 to 3 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter. Beat until incorporated.
- Add icing sugar slowly while mixing.
- Add milk and vanilla, mix well.
I also want to add a short poem for my Dad, the best Dad in the world, I’m so lucky to have a father like my Dad. He’s the best. I ♥ you, Ayah 
He never looks for praises

He just goes on quietly working
For those he loves the most

His wants are very few
And most of the time his worries
Will go unspoken too
He’s there…. A firm foundation
Through all our storms of life

Ini loyang 22cm, jadinya lumayan tinggi. 1 resep icing ga cukup ternyata, makanya dicukup2in hehehe…
