I don’t feel very well today, so it will be another short post. Don’t worry though, the food still as simple and tasty as usual ;P
This was my friday night food. As usual, I want something easy, quick and simple.
Actually, I got the recipe from garlic prawn. But then, I came up with the idea of putting the prawns for baguette filling. It was nice, I must say. I add extra hot chili sauce for my baguette. And just plain one for hubby and Alyzza.
1 tsp oil
500g peeled prawns
3 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt and pepper
Ice berg / cos lettuce, sliced
Chili sauce (optional)
– Prepare your baguette. Fill it with anything you want. When it’s ready to serve in the plate now is the time to cook the prawns.
– In a hot pan, add olive oil and butter.
– Saute garlic for 30 seconds. Then add prawns, salt and pepper.
– Add the prawns to your baguette and spread some chili sauce (if you want) over it. Serve.
