A restaurant in Singapore inspired me this sandwich, I’m not sure if they still sell it there though. It has been really long time since I ate it. Over 6 years ago I think..
Method: Spread some uncooked fish mixture on the bread and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes or until the otak-otak turns to golden brown.
Serve it with mixed salad. Then you have a very easy and tasty dinner 🙂
Or you can also serve this as snack. After its baked, you can cut it into small bite pieces.
